Besides You
A conversation between soul and mind.
Recorded with quiet purpose — for those moving through grief, for the moments when loss makes the world feel unreachable and the mind feels utterly alone.
Besides You is an assurance. Not of answers, but of presence. The soul speaking to the mind in the language the mind most needs to hear: you are not abandoned. You have never been without company.
Grief has a way of convincing the mind that it stands apart from everything. This recording was made to gently, persistently disagree.
The Source
Raag Bairraarree originates from the tradition of Gurmat Kirtan, a philosophy and practice of composing the mind through sound started by Guru Nanak Sahib in the late 15th century in the Panjab region of India.
